Professional Experience

Dr. Mohammed held the position of  Minister of Planning during the 1960’s for 2 years.  He  has been practising law since 1973 and up to date.  During this long period, he has acted as the Legal Advisor of several international and local companies, and headed the Iraqi/Foreign Companies’ Conflicts Committee.  He also has a long experience in lecturing law and headed the Faculty of Law at Al-Mustansiyeh University from 1969 up to 1973 as well as holding other academic positions at a number of law schools.  Dr. Mohammed has headed the Iraqi Delegation to France where he  negotiated several commercial and financial agreements in 1967 .
