Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Our firm is noted for its arbitration department, which came into being as a natural progression from our litigation department. It was set up in recognition of what some perceive as the preferred route to commercial dispute resolution. Our long experience in arbitration spans all aspects of this important area, be it choosing the best Form for our clients at the time of drafting the agreement, choosing the arbitrators or conducting the arbitration process itself. We are fortunate to have experienced lawyers in our team who have been appointed as arbitrators and heads of arbitration panels on many occasions. We are well versed with all arbitration rules whether under the Iraqi or Jordanian Arbitration Codes or the ICC. We also undertake mediation, adjudication and other alternative dispute resolution work.
