Professional Experience
Mr Shihada has been practising all areas of law in Jordan for over twenty
years. However, he concentrates primarily on
banking and
finance whether in
a contentious or non-contentious capacity. He is also a well-known lecturer
in seminars on banking regulations and commercial debt settlement. He was
Legal Counsel to Arab Bank plc from 1996 to 2002. Mr Shihada has
considerable experience in the area of insolvency and liquidation, where he
was appointed as liquidator for several companies. He also represented the
Central Bank of Jordan as Liquidator of the Amman Bank of Investment from
1997 until 2001. Mr Shihada also does plenty of
corporate work, particularly
in matters of corporate restructuring. He became an associate of Al Dohan &
Associates Law Firm in 2002.

from general consultancy work and drafting of banking documents to credits
and private debt settlement.
