Debt Settlement

This is a particularly important area as far as Iraq is concerned, due to the massive debt it has incurred over the last twenty or so years.  We are noted for this area as two of our members used to work at the Central Bank of Iraq and have had extensive dealings with foreign creditors.  We have experience in negotiating deferred payment agreements, scheduling and rescheduling agreements as well as debt settlement between Iraq and its creditors.  We have a proven record in successful debt settlements for clients before the United Nations Compensation Commission. Our aim is to provide our clients, with the best solutions in order for them to recover the debt owed to them in the most timely and efficient manner.
