Professional Experience
Dr. Saed has
been lecturing since 1968 mainly in Constitution Law and
Administrative Law,
has been involved in several national committees responsible for
establishing the Constitution.
Held the
position of Dean of Law Faculty at a number of universities. In addition,
he has held the position of the Legal Advisor at the Presidential Legal
offices. Dr. Saed has been a member of several Iraqi Official Delegations to
international conferences and congresses.
